In the US, among many-- three prominent Turkish American groups affiliated with the Gulen Movement as well played a significant role in carrying themes of dialogue, friendship and tolerance as organizations across the world work tirelessly to build bridges between religions and across cultures.The New Jersey based Interfaith Dialog Center (presently Peace Island Institute), Houston based Gulen Institute and Chicago based Niagara Foundation promote themes of cross-cultural and interfaith dialogue by bringing together people of various faiths and cultures, government officials, members of law enforcement, and elected officials to celebrate unity in diversity. Moreover, the institutes also organize conferences, luncheon forums and seminars to promote interfaith dialogue and community service.
